Toledo Amman Hotel

Toledo offers a great location near many sightseeing spots. The staff was helpful and attentive, quickly arranging a private city tour when requested. Breakfast options were diverse and of good quality, and the atmosphere in the lobby was quite excellent with its beautiful mosaics.

The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, which significantly disrupted the stay.

Had recently refurbished room with private bathroom and central heating, an individual safe, and flat-screen television. This hotel was set in a central area near to the center of Amman and Abdally mall Which are fun for family.

Room was super clean and comfy. The omelette station during breakfast was a hit. The breakfast choices could use a bit more variety. A solid stay!

Staff were very helpful. Great food. Clean room. They gave me a free room upgrade. The Toledo is a warm, friendly, safe and relaxing place to stay in a pleasant part of the city. I would recommend it. All the staff spoke good English. They have a taxi service to the airport which is helpful.

I loved the spacious rooms with ample room to relax after a long day. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a good mix of local and international options, including fresh fruit and warm dishes. The staff were really good, especially in accommodating dietary needs .

Public areas are delightfully decorated in Moorish style. Free wi-fi is available in public areas, where there are comfortable lounges available to relax. Breakfast was of a high quality. The staff were fantastic and helpful in every way, from writing out place names in arabic for taxi drivers; recommending places; explaining how to get around and accommodating a later check-out due to flight times. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Pool areas available only on alternate days for men and woman, Understand the cultural reason for this, but wonder if an hour or two each day could be made available for mixed bathing?

The breakfast was a generous buffet spread, with a good omelette station that added a delicious touch to my mornings.

The bathroom door was quite noisy when opening and closing, causing minor disturbances.

the hotel is three stars old position is far of the services i prefer to stay inshmisani so the next day i changed the hotel
